Refund Policy

Only the digital edition is on sale at the moment. The collector box is not being sold yet and we are not taking money for it, so nothing below applies to it until it ships.

The collector box

Returnable within 30 days of delivery only if it is unopened and in the condition it reached you in. The shrink wrap intact, the case unopened, nothing removed. Write to us first and we will tell you where to send it.

Once a box is opened it cannot be returned. The whole product is printed secrets, and there is no way for us to know what has been read. That is the same reason a sealed deck of cards is not returnable once it is shuffled.

• Return shipping is on you unless the kit arrived damaged or wrong
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving it
• We inspect on arrival, and a box that has been opened will be sent back to you rather than refunded

This is not the same as a faulty kit. If your box arrives damaged, misprinted or with something missing, we replace it at our cost whether or not you opened it. Send a photo and do not post anything back.

The digital edition

Digital purchases are refundable within 14 days as long as you have not started a party with the game. Once a session has been run, the mystery has been read and we cannot take it back.

If something does not work, that is a different conversation and we will fix it or refund you regardless of the time elapsed.

Gifts

The person who paid is the person we refund. If you were given a game and it is not right, tell us and we will work something out.
