Shipping Policy

This page covers the collector box. The digital edition is not shipped and arrives instantly.

It is not on sale yet

The collector box has not been manufactured and we are not selling it or taking payment for it. If you want it, leave your email on the game page and you will get one message the day it is ready. Everything below describes how it will work once that happens.

When it will ship

Boxes will be packed and leave us within 5 working days of an order, with a tracking number when they go. If we cannot meet that we will email you before the deadline with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship

United States and Canada at present. Anywhere else, write to us and we will quote you properly rather than guess.

Buying for a specific date

If your party already has a date, buy the digital edition. You will have it tonight and it is the same game. The box is a keepsake for later, not a way to get the game.

If it arrives damaged

Send a photo to hello@backwallgames.com and we will replace it. Do not send it back first.
